To protect the integrity of all Market organizations and safeguard the hard work of all affiliates, ZENNOA will only process placement requests from the 16th to the 25th of the month.

Placement of a new Affiliate will be allowed up to 60 days from the new Affiliate’s enrollment date. After 60 days and up to 6 months from the enrollment date requests may be made but are subject to revision and approval of the Compliance Department at ZENNOA.

In order for the placed volume to continue to flow with the regular Precision Plus Plan payments (1) the placement must be made within the approved time AND (2) the total volume placed must be less than 1000 PV. If the total volume placed is 1000 PV or more, restrictions on how the volume will flow for Precision Plus Plan payments (beyond the new placement sponsor) will apply for the first 90 days following the placement. ZENNOA Compliance will review each request and communicate to the Affiliate how commissions will be paid after the placement. Rewards Points will continue to accrue without restriction.

When the placement causes an Affiliate to advance in rank from the member ranks (member to M900) to the Zen ranks (Zen 1 and above), commissions will be paid on a graduating basis. For example, if the Affiliate rank advances from Member to Zen 3, the first month will be paid as Zen 1, the second month as Zen 2, and the third month as Zen 3. The Affiliate must maintain the new rank for all of the relevant months to qualify for the described commissions.

When the placement causes an Affiliate to advance on Zen Rank (i.e. Zen 1 to Zen 2), the volume for the rank advancement must be maintained for at least 2 consecutive months before the Affiliate is paid at the new Zen level.

In order to request a Sponsor change at any time, the affiliate (Enroller) must complete a Sponsor Request Change Form and email it from his ZENNOA's account email to the Company’s Compliance Department at: placement@zennoa.com

Once the Sponsor Request Change Form is received by the Compliance Department, it will take up to 5 business days to approve and complete the change in the organizational tree.  Therefore, the Sponsor Request Change Form must be received by the 20th day of the month for the placement to be made in the current month. Placement requests that are made after the 20th of the month will be processed in the next processing period (the 16th through the 25th) of the next month.

Corrections to Enroller and Sponsor where a mistake was made at the time of enrollment in choosing the correct Sponsor and Enroller will not count as a placement under these policies but must be made within 48 hours of enrollment.

All Sponsor change requests must be approved not only by the Company, but also by each Sponsor affected by the requested change.

These policies are effective April 1, 2019. Placements made prior to April 25 will continue as made, but the commission and bonus payout for these placements will be made as outlined above in these policies.
