How exciting to receive compensations for your hard work at ZENNOA! But it's more exciting to learn how easy it is to find out your commission's information and how to transfer your funds to your payout account.
Follow these simple steps:
- Start your session in Backoffice
- Click on your Account tab and
- Select eWallet from your left menu
- This screen will show your balance from Commissions, your Reward Points and your Wave Pool Shares if you have any.*
- To transfer your commissions to your default payout method (Hyperwallet or Propay) simply input the amount of money you want to transfer in the box on your right and click on Send to Hyperwallet/ Propay. Please allow at least 2 hours for the system to have the funds available to do so.
- After doing this you must go to your default payout method site and transfer the funds to your bank.
*Please contact us if you are showing a payout method that you would like to change.
- If you decide to leave a balance on your ewallet and use it for future Loyalty Orders only click on the box below Use my wallet balance for future Loyalty Orders. Next time you place an order the system will use your balance to pay for your order.
- You will also have access to your transaction history on this page. Any purchase, commission, reward points or wave pool share addition will show here.
- It is very important that you add your SSN / ITIN / Government ID* on your profile on the Account tab for you to be able to set up a payout account.
