If you find any discrepancies in your order, please:
1. Take care to check the entire box for all your product, as some product may be packed underneath.
2. Contact the Success Team at email@example.com or +1 877-498-4988. Make sure to include the Order Number, as well as pictures of your packing slip and product received.
*If you receive frozen bottles, we can send a replacement but, we can't guarantee it won't arrive frozen again during the months of November - March.
**For missing/damaged Domestic and International Orders you will have 3 days to inform ZENNOA® to receive a replacement.
*** We are not responsible for orders after they show as delivered. Please make sure you are present for the delivery or arrange special delivery instructions with the carrier.
