In order to return a product, you must contact us via phone, email, or chat. When contacting us please provide us with the order number and product details.
Items purchased using Product Credit or points are unable to be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are done in USD, (exchange rates may vary the final amounts in local currency).
*If an order was paid using both Product Credit/points and a credit card, the full refund amount due will be issued as Product Credit only. We will be unable to refund a partial payment back to a credit card due to merchant processing guidelines.
