*Please allow for up to 30 minutes for your Loyalty Order to show up.

  1. Login to your ZENNOA® Backoffice
  2. From the top menu, select "Account"
  3. Select "Loyalty Orders" from the left menu
  4. Click the "Active" slider button to change the status of your Loyalty Order 

To delete a Loyalty Order, Pause the LO then select the "Remove" button.

* If you want to add products to an existing Loyalty Order, you must create a new one and pause or delete the other.


 Blue = Active ; Grey = Paused
