*Please allow for up to 30 minutes for your Loyalty Order to show up.
- Login to your ZENNOA® Backoffice
- From the top menu, select "Account"
- Select "Loyalty Orders" from the left menu
- Click the "Active" slider button to change the status of your Loyalty Order
To delete a Loyalty Order, Pause the LO then select the "Remove" button.
* If you want to add products to an existing Loyalty Order, you must create a new one and pause or delete the other.
Blue = Active ; Grey = Paused
