You are able to change the bill day of your Loyalty Order through your Backoffice!

In order to do so, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to your Backoffice
  2. Click on Account
  3. Select Loyalty Order
  4. In your Loyalty Order you will see a drop down button titled Bill Day

    5. Click on the arrow and select the day you would like your Loyalty Order to run

*NOTE: Loyalty Orders can have a bill day from the 1st to the 28th of the month. You can not select your Bill Day as the same day. Please select at least one day out.
